This is an initial draft privacy policy for a newly launched website. It reflects how the site actually works today, but has not yet had a full legal review. What information we collect

When you use the quote form on this website, your details are submitted securely to our website's server (hosted on Cloudflare), which forwards them to us by email via Resend, our transactional email delivery provider. We do not store your enquiry in a database on this website — it exists only as the email we receive.

If you email us directly, call or text us, or message us once a WhatsApp number is published, we will hold that correspondence and the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, postcode and details of your enquiry) in order to respond to you and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. Google Analytics is only loaded, and its cookies are only set, if you accept analytics cookies — nothing is activated or stored before you choose. The legal basis for this is your consent, as required under UK data protection law and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) for non-essential cookies.

We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies, and Google Signals / ad personalisation is not enabled in our Google Analytics account.

You can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time, and change your choice later, using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page. Full details of the specific cookies used are in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

Information you send us is used to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and, if you choose to go ahead, to deliver the work you've asked us to do. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you generally have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's inaccurate, and to ask for it to be deleted, among other rights. To exercise any of these, contact us at spsairconheating@gmail.com.
