What information we collect

When you use the quote form on this website, it opens your own email application with your details pre-filled, addressed to us — the message is sent directly from your device via your own email provider. This website itself does not currently store, process or transmit form data through a server or database.

If you email us directly, or message us once a phone/WhatsApp number is published, we will hold that correspondence and the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, postcode and details of your enquiry) in order to respond to you and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use non-essential cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. Because of that, no cookie consent banner is shown. If this changes in future — for example, if analytics are added — this policy and the site will be updated accordingly, including a cookie banner if one is legally required at that time.

How we use your information

Information you send us is used to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and, if you choose to go ahead, to deliver the work you've asked us to do. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights
